its all about leadership.
after the UG conference 07. i found out that so many other units of cca are so interesting and fun and just pure fun. i agree with this particular person. discipline comes not only from marching drills. but from many other forms. in uniform groups. we don gain gold medals. we gain experience noone can gain. we learn lots of stuff we cant show. we get lots of stuff we cant brag. we go through hard times and fun times together. we understand each other. other units of cca can have serious cool activities they want. such as this scout unit i learn of. the saint andrews coy. they have dragon boating, kayaking. they can do what they want. be it night cycling. anything. i have learnt to make a cca unit successful. you need parents, teachers, officers and cadets to really have to "chiong ah" attitude. instead of the. sian. teacher don allow. mother don allow. father don allow. come on. this just shows the weak side of you. imagine. everyday you go for training. and end up telling your officer you have gastric, stomachache, headache and slight fever. don you think you are just showing the pure weak, useless side of yourself? talk about leadership. you don have leadership at all if you cant just do something so easy. just join in the training. instead of coming to get a "TICK" on your attendance. all hail the kwadon.
