basketball. okay last friday was a nice matches. sometimes i don wanna jump cus i don really find the need to. im lazy. and i always try to slack. haha. okay will make use of my height. wao. first time play with alvan, cg, jerome, kelly, winnie and lots more. kelly 3 pointer TYCO!!! winnie try means go in liao lor... vanda cant see her. had a fun day.

oh. kelly damn fast lor. shock me. i was like going for layup liao. suddenly. the bball not in my hand lor. in kelly hands. first time someone steal my bball so fast. nvm. girl mah. let her one la.

HUAN LO! huan lo is a very efficient way to lower the percentage of a person scoring other than jumping up and blocking someone view. haha.

okay. practice my rebounds and got some improvment. wao. in the dark really cant grab rebound well. both my left and right hands go poke the bball. damn pain lor.

nothig much thou. stamina still good. legs not pain. hands damn pain. i guess my legs are okay liao. the knee is fine.
