brother birthday
so ytd was my brother birthday. we had two for one pizza. and a cake which i nv eat. maybe tml morning.. recalling from what i read. lots of people feel that LNY [lunar new year] is boring. heh heh. mine is not boring at all. cause we tooks lot of photos with the damn D80. aiyo. one day it will be mine. then i won in mahjong. the square club had some members who cried. we meet our aunty neighbours who gave 10bucks ang bao. wao... you siao. our family have so many kids. then we have xbox session. coming weekend we are watching movie. hope we get to see each other more huh. oh. presenting shawn..

WE HOPE HE SLIMS DOWN.
oh actuali losing weigh does not meant slim down. for people who don know. a person can be 100kg and tall. but a full body check up can shows that he is very healthy.
conversely a 40kg girl who is thin can be unhealthy.
so we show not use weigh as a measurement of health.
instead we should use measurements.
meaning lots of different measurements.
an example would be that a fat person would obviously have a big stomach... so after he slim down he would have a similar measurement to his chest. HOWEVER. HIS WEIGHT MIGHT BE STILL THE SAME. ITS DOES NOT MEANS HIS UNHEALTHY.
oh people. if you have a growing tummy due to the snacking of LNY. don bother doing sit ups.
also if you want a SIX PACK. don bother doing sit ups. unless. you have remove all the fats at the tummy area. and if you wanna tell me. [nevermind la. transform the fats into muscle] hahaha go do it. it will work. but takes a longer time...... so what to do? burn fat. den build up.
how to burn? first. you do leg raise. because its uses your lower body. den you run. sounds easy huh.. go try.

so back track. i wanan watch jumper. must be nice huh. so felfel and gayboy. must go watch jumper ah.

next. school has really been boring. busy people are busy. boring people are boring.
while you are busy making your excuses i will go do my very important stuff. thats to sleep.
actuali i hate excuses. some people really go one big round about the WHY... and the see first. see first. keeps you hanging. its like hey want to go do this together now? see first. then you suppose the person to wait until you reply ah. siao. i go do it myself.

so my lunar new year resolution!
1:get my basic diver equipment
2:get a higher GPA
3:stop skipping lecturers [i get to see cute girls too!!]
4:don visit the doctor just for MC
5:to complete my 42km in 5hours and be alive
6:to get a basketball shoe[im think bounce..or maybe a cheap 20bucks shoe]
7:to bath early
8:to sleep early
9:to get a better face [throw away the MOR PENG!]
10:to get a girlfriend
i bet no one has a Chinese new year resolution. so i have listed 10 thing to complete this Chinese new year. im going to print this and stick it onto the wall!!!! damn. last but not least i miss felfel too!!! i miss jonjon,felfel,eileen,wei jun,yan ling,sarah,shawn,huiling and lots more...................

did i mention i sat on liang hao legs on the ride home last friday. im scared. he might PCC while thinking of me you know. hahahaha.

oh i have this china friend whose in year 3. but hes in the same JAPANESE class as me. and he always smile at me when i look at him. okay. actuali hes quite okay. better than the other china ones. and hes jap is damn funny!! hes name is smth.. which i forgetten. and when i met him in tp. he still smiles at me. damn funny la his face.

to mention something about this girl. [wow! jun ming mention girl leh!!]

this kp kia. now my trust in her has drop. to like 20percents!!!! 20%% okay.
